I don’t buy any new figure from someone who would be a pain in the ass to get a replacement part from. ShowZ is excellent in that regard, and a few others.

Shit happens when you have factory assembled figures being built en masse.

ShowZ would be harder to deal with here in Australia than an Australian vendor from Melbourne. At the very least I have the protection of Australian consumer law (the vendor is required to make it right or provide a full refund) and then Paypal if they can't or won't do this.

Savier's Toys/TFToys.com.au/Micathia Pty Ltd. They appear to be Chinese and/or travel to China regularly, so that may help in sorting a replacement.

I think that makes them the first retailer in the US to have it in stock.

Thanks. I don’t need a replacement, I’m just keen to have a local distributor.

    I’ll check them out

They're pretty good - the reason I bought Helex from them was that it was actually a few cents cheaper than buying from Netclow (and didn't have to come from China) - and that was including standard Aus post postage.

Unfortunately I think I bought their last Helex if that's what you're after, but they have a good range of other stuff.

I just placed an order for the latest releases, Kallaite, Phantom, Hexwrench and Optics Hunter. I don’t have any jets or carbots yet so this will be a good test of all these moulds.

I’ve got Phecda/Mizar coming from Robot Toybase, Merak on order from BBTS and Dubhe and Alkaid from eBay. I got the last two pretty cheap and now I’m worried it might be a scam.

Wait a couple weeks for your fingernails to grow long enough.

Or order some plastic/rubber spudger type tool off Amazon.

And if I remember correctly it isn't in the manual but you should turn his head when putting his head into his chest so you have a nodge you cannuse to pull the head out.

I use the screwdriver included with the spare Tarn arms and pry it out by the tab on the back of his head.

A plastic spudger is a must have. Get one that has a point on one end and a thin flat end on the other for prying.

Less chance to scratch the figure. And they are very cheap.

And add silicone shock oil and Pledge floor polish to the mix according to the members on this board.

Anyone know if they sell Pledge floor polish in the Netherland or what I can use in its place.
