Welp, Iron Factory has now made me go from "well I guess I'll just get Tarn" to "I need the whole set to combine them and then I need Nova Prime and Warpath as well."

 

I shall be getting the Slipstream, SG Prime, Jazz and Nova Prime. Don't care about the DJD, skipping them.

Slipstream is gonna look so good alongside the male seekers  

 

I HAVE to buy it. But, if it combines AND transforms.... goodbye Kultur

 

I'd say I need these in my mouth, but they would likely perform horrific acts of dentistry on me while slicing up my tongue.

That's pretty cool and clever. I might get the DJD for the combine aspect. It would be my first if purchase.

 

DJD aside, Warpath looks great but the chunky monkey look does nothing for Jazz.

 

Well, I guess I don't need to buy the MMC versions (at least, aside from Anarchus; the novelty of having an electric chair I can execute my other figures in is too good to pass up). Not a fan on how they have hands instead of the usual 5mm-compatible fists, though.

 

I want everything.

Speaking of, I really think we need an Evil Lord 2.0 from them, given how far their stuff has come aesthetically. Their first attempt wouldn't be imposing enough next to these guys.

 

In one post I went from "I think I have all of my purchases planned for next year" to "well...shit"

 

Are they meant to combine in fiction? I suppose not.. Looking at it it makes so much sense almost as if it is meant to or should be. For me that is where IF flys highest, like their Turrets and Manacle set where they brought something new out, they do it so well.

 

WHAT

IF just blew the lid off the 3P legends market. Before, IF and DX9 we're on par... One focusing on G1, the other on IDW, but this level of wtf just blows everything else out of the water.

On another note, from various companies we'll now have quite a few decepticon combiners:

Abominous (Hasbro beast hunters)
Devastator (dx9)
Predaking (dx9)
Menasor (Ms toys)
Bruticus (IF)
DJD (IF)

...it's time for some autobot love.

I don't care if dx9 and Ms toys tackle superion and defensor. The do good work with realistic alt modes. But IF NEEDS to give us computron. Their aesthetic would be perfect for him.
