Seeing deathcobra with the breastforce is awesome and it's interesting that the seekers are repaints of their slipstream. I want primal prime. Don't care if he's not chug. My collection has its own scale!!!

Oh man...samurai beasties. I hope this means they'll eventually do predacons - samurai T-rex Megs & Dinobot are too good ideas to pass up. Hopefully they do Rhinox as well.

Interesting that they're redoing the lambo bros (unless they're retools/reshells of the previous ones), I might get Sunstreaker, as well as the delta-coloured Orion Pax(?) if it's sold separately from the big guy.

Now I'm glad I didn't impulse-purchase their previous fallen, I'm loving this new one's big-ass weapon.

Now the question is - which ones are actually gonna be released in 2023? We've still got a backlog of figures due to be released (starting from pipes this month IIRC), so unless they suddenly ramp it up to 2 figures per month, it's gonna be the usual long wait for some figures.

 

More beasts are welcome, I picked up the first lambros last year I think but will happily buy another set.

Primal and Cheetor look fantastic. Couldn’t be happier we are getting more beast wars Legends - even if they are samurai themed. Like others mentioned, I hope we’ll get more in the future, especially some Predacons.

I’m also in for Liokaiser and the new Orion Pax mold. Curious to see if it replaces Minimus and if the Magnus version will be sold separately.

 

Apart from liokaiser & orion pax.... pretty disappointed by the reveals, wished there were more idw-ish reveals. But thats just me, happy for those who are hyped for the samurai reveals, etc.

 

They still develop that non-transforming bishoujo Starscream figure?

I want that Optimus Primal! The monkey oni on his forearms are a great touch, I wonder how they'll figure into the transformation.

And since we're getting new lambros, does this mean we get ninja runabout and runamok?

 

And Red Alert transforms slightly differently with the arm/shoulder kibble. I like the differentiation.

Also, I like that Sideswipe and Sunstreaker have the same face with different helmets, reinforcing the “twins” idea.

 

I am so damn excited for every one of these!

That Fallen looks really good

 

That's a lot of repaints and redo's (The Fallen again, really?). Although I'm not complaining here; I like everything that I see. Lots of bad guys though (hoping that SG Magnus atleast comes with an alternate Powered Convoy head).

I am curious to know what's up with the Magna Convoy and Magnus/white Prime colored Orion Pax(?). I would think they are meant to swap for the inner IDW Minimus figure in both the original and this new SG Magnus. Or does that not make sense (not familiar with the figure or that portion of the IDW continuity)?

 

Powerglide repaint. Probably evil.

Closest I could find was the psuedo-G2 Powerglide. It's silver instead of green, but has the red thighs and other bits.


Someone else may find something more accurate.

i'm down for most of what looks like a huge samurai release that i see, both combiners - breastforce and DJD recolour, and possibly some of the retool/recolour decos, some of which i don't recognize.

who is the lockdown retool? and is that a powerglide deco too?

can't believe they are giving us an even bigger and badder ass Fallen! those flame effects are killer! wow
