Both are great-looking add-ons for PCC. Which one should I get...

For Heavytread, I'd go with Maketoys, but I love the Iron Army set. I put mine on Steelshot, because I think he looks better as the core.

Personally Missile Launcher makes Heavytread look like he could stare down Hell and Damnation itself and come skipping out without a scratch on him and a trailer full of energon goodies.

The Mobain set is waaaaay to cool to pass up. Was going to go for Iron Army myself, but that pic with Mobain is just all sorts of win, so plans have changed.

They are both so nice, I might still do Iron Army for Steel Shot, and Missile Luncher for Heavy Tread.

Personally, I like the tanks and planes better than the, um, kibble add ons(?)...I'm actually not sure what's going on with the MT set...

Maketoys. TFC said at one point that they were releasing a core robot for the WW2 limbs. The silhouette looks like a half track vehicle.

I used the Iron Army as limbs for five minutes before doing the right thing and displaying them individually as the badass little suckers they are.

I like how MT transformed Steel Shot's legs with the armor on. Just did that with mine with Iron Army and it looks better IMO

its competition? Maketoys is much more solid (due to not having to make each limb transform), and it's got much more of a classics look to me.

Could put Iron Army on Huffer while TFC releases their core commander.

Truth be told... if you can own both... get them. There's quite a few nice PCC scouts with solid Commander modes after all.

That said... if you must get one due to money, the Missile set wins. Remember you need to buy both boxes of the Iron Army for a complete set... which is 80 bucks. The Maketoys one is only 50 set for a full upgrade to a PCC.

As long as you have a PCC connector to plug into... :)
