Got a chance to chat with Shockwave’s voice actor from Transformers One. Very cool guy and he even grew up watching G1. Notably he was also in Dark of the Moon as Josh Duhamel’s body double in Shockwave’s first scene!

Shockwave as one of the more emotional high guard members was a bit of a surprise, though seeing him exasperated was fun. Im hoping he gets a bigger part next time around. and that he has some sick crazy plan.
It surprised me as well, a pleasant surprise because I got a kick out his constant exasperation. If a sequel gets greenlit, I hope Shockwave and the other High Guard/Deceptions get more script time. Shockwave in the TFO continuity would be a great mad scientist, emphasis on mad!
