Them Ninja Turtles are fun. So far, my favorite is Raph, but he's...let's just say, I will stick with Batman and Bane as my mains.
Sorry to necro such an old thread but I started playing this game again after like a 3 year break and I have to say that I still love it even though the premise is stupid - Green Arrow takes a pill and now his wooden bow can smash Superman in the face! Once you get past it there so much to enjoy here IMO. From the fight mechanics - I've always been a bigger fan the MK style over the Capcom style. And I'm a sucker for any game that gives you a leveling system and random loot drops - Diablo, Borderlands, WoW, etc Right now I'm leveling up Sub-zero and Hellboy. Two characters I passed over in my original play through because I was more interested in the DC characters then the guest characters. Anyone else still playing it too?
Now and again, mainly for how ludicrously hilarious Supergirl flinging her opponent all the way from the Sun to Earth continues to be.
It is pretty funny how the super moves are so ridiculously beyond the survival rate of most of the characters in the game. It's like the Monty Python and the Holy Grail of video games. Starfire punches The Joker into orbit and then hurls energy blast at him and then hurls him back to Earth where he crashes down with the impact of a small meteor and then he gets back up 5 seconds later and dust himself off like "tis just a flesh wound"
