You pretty much summed it up in your post. lol Takara's is black, and Hasbro's is gray. Takara's also comes with a mini Allspark Cube.
Hasbro's has more detail on the copter. The wings are painted in two different shades, while Takara's are a solid colour. I'm getting the Takara one for the Allspark Cube, might get a Hasbro one later if I like its colours and the design overall after having owned the toy for a while. He's a cool design, I've liked him since I saw the early proto a year ago.
Well...Incinerator isn't really an alien, you see. He's a toy. And if he's not going to have hands, why have a head, arms, and legs too? It doesn't make sense that he wouldn't be able to grasp anything if he wanted to. If he's going to have rotors for hands, it should only be one hand. That's my opinion.
He's a toy of a character that, for all it'd fricking matter in real life, has telekinesis or a partner equivalent to Frenzy or something to easily compensate for the lack of hands! He interrogates. He destroys. What, you think he has to worry about playing the piano in his off-time?!
I suppose he's going to want special privilages and a parking spot right up close to the grocery store...being handicapped and all.
