    I've been looking through the internet looking for the 2006 packaging of the jedi starfighters and Darth Vaders Tie X1. Does anyone know where I can find these pics? I'm curious as to what the packaging is going to look like.

    I don't think it's turned up yet. Rebelscum and others just have the stock photos from Hasbro. I'm interested in what the boxes will look like m'self.

    Same here, still waiting. Rebelscum should have it frontpaged as soon as some are avail.
    Will probably be from an eBay auction.

    Im liking the Saga packaging, as well as those little holograms.
    They could've made them into chess pieces or something.

    As am I. But OTC is still best I think - the retro feel to them warms this ancient collector's heart. This is the packaging we're looking for.

    I am hoping they do the Tie Fighter with the proper scale wings that they did for Target as I missed out on that one.

    I'm not 100% sure, but I don't think they're doing the normal TIE this year, just Darth Vader's.

    Speaking of Tie-fighters..... what the hell do we have to do to get Hasbro to make them in white. I mean, I've waited years and years for a more accurate Tie-fighter... then they finally make one... and it's still freaken blue!!

    I've been to rebelscum.com and no luck. Even googled it, no joy. Stuff comes out in April, you'd think we would have seen something by now.

    I don't think it's gonna happen. All the various TIEs were that bluish gray color for ESB/ROTJ. Even in ANH, I'd say there were more grayish than white. They seem to have finally settled on a pretty consistent color to use on all of them, which I think is a good thing. Smatching regular/DV/Bombers/Interceptors FTW.
    There's also the issue of that much white plastic. The vintage ones often have severe yellowing problems. While today's plastic is better and woudn't deteriorate as badly, I still think an all-white TIE is asking for trouble. A nice light gunmetal gray on the other hand...
