I still don't understand how a GERMAN eBay seller ends up with the first in-packaging sample of a new toy. He even offers TWO.

So, I contacted the seller, and he said he got them as samples from a supplier. Huh.

 

The face on the card art looks like a Robo-Pac-Man.

 

We saw this guy in package ages ago lol. I do love the artwork for his head.
