Sad, happens so often I get sick thinking about it. Many people complain about not having enough money but having more money doesn't fix problems. I really liked their songs, so sorry for his family and friends.

I found that out when my brother and I went to see Spider-Man: Homecoming today too. The film itself obviously had nothing to do with him, sure, but it's still no less upsetting.

 

Seems like every time a rock star dies now Corey Taylor is always the first one to dedicate a song.

I couldn't believe this when I heard it last Thursday. It's almost a week later, and I honestly have been having a hard time dealing with it. I played LP at my shop all weekend.

Being the same age and liking linkin park since they came out, I feel I have grown into a better person then I used to be.

Thank you Chester for being the musician and person you were. Rest in piece, brother. Till all are one.

 

Crazy thing first being on Cornell ' s birthday.

And then Chester also fronted for STP for a little while. They've lost two front men now.

Never a huge fan of LP, but heavily enjoyed their album from 2011.

June Foray "Rocky & Bullwinkle" voice actress dies at 99

She voiced Rocky the Flying Squirrel as well as Natasha Fatale on the show. I also liked her Witch Hazel from Loony Toons.

Two months away from her 100th birthday, RIP.

 

NOES! I dreaded this day would come! I hoped she would hit the 100 milestone beforehand.

RIP to the undisputed (IMO) Queen of Voice Actors. Without her there'd be no Cullen, no Welker, no Kaye or any of the current voice actors we know today, Transformers or otherwise.  

 

I knew this day would be coming and yet I still wasn't ready. Fantastic VA who has done some iconic roles. RIP June.

 

  June Foray You gave us fans a shit ton of memories and for that we say, thank you.

Some of my favorites from her huge body of work are Granny from Tweety & Sylvester/Looney Tunes, and her Disney Afternoon work; Grammi from Gummi bears, and of course Ma Beagle and Magica De Spell on DuckTales.

But she was literally in everything and she was great in everything.

 

 . June you were a big part of my childhood and you are not forgotten.

I never got a chance to comment on it, but RIP Barbara Sinatra. I like old music. While I don't actively seek out Frank's songs, I think they're pretty good, and I do listen to them.
