I think it is. Man this head sculpt needs bigger eyes. Starscream and Thundercracker look like they're sleepy.

Though, I have to agree that this guy looks crappy. I wasn't a fan of Jetfire and the retools haven't improved the mold in any way.

 

Do those 2 over-sized guns pop off the wings? and if so, can they attach anywhere on the arms aside from the forearms?

I'd rather have them where they are supposed to be. :/

 

I like it, but I don't get why there has been like, only ever two Starscreams ever that gave him his actually animated coloration... namely his face color and his body color.



Like is grey/white body and dark grey face instead of off-white body and white face too much to ask?

I still REALLY dislike the jetfire mold. The underside of the wings being hollow and ribbed just looks awful in robot mode. If they were solid it would be awesome. I don't even mind the forearm and leg gaps that much.

But those wings just look N-A-S-T-Y in bot mode. I've had jetfire in my cart almost a dozen times but I always ended up putting him back on the shelf because of those wings.

 

I'd be all over it if Leaders weren't so damn expensive. And if my room weren't so tiny...I like it, though, that's my main bullet point here.

In all seriousness, I really like the look of this guy.

 

If they do a skywarp I'm done for

 

Between Starscream,Thundercracker,& Jetfire I really think Starscream is the one I like the least,most likely cause its the 3rd version of the figure.And why do I get the feeling we haven't seen the last of the use of this mold,I really think they are planning to do atleast 3 more of Skywarp,Sunstorm,and Acid Storm (and maybe even the coneheads of Dirge,Thrust,and Ramjet).

As for me I plan on getting Thundercracker next if I can ever find him at retail or on sale online.That is all.
