I honestly think the cars that were used in the films are better than these, especially those for Sideswipe, Mirage, and Ironhide.

 

These cars you posted suck.  

 

I think I would explode from sexy machine awesomeness overload if a Lexus IS was made into a Transformer.

While half of those are cool, they don't really look as nice or eye-popping as the GM cars used. They look very average, which for a movie is not that fun to watch. Ironhide, Bumblebee and Wheeljack especially look boring compared to the Topkick, Camaro and Benz. Also the cars you picked for Sideswipe and Dino aren't as sleek and serious looking.

 

i always wished Hasbro woulda made an Alternator out of the tC when they made the xB into one

I would leave the fandom for a while if a Prius TF EVER gets made...

 

toyota sucks now. Sure their cars are fuel efficient and fairly well made but they make nothing preformance aimed or stylized; no more Supra or MR2   For a movie like transformers, you need actualy preformance cars that are loud, flashy and fast.

 

Instead of GM vehicles? Then angry fans and Youtube comments would be complaining about "all the Toyota/Scion/Lexus/whatever promotion and commercialization in the movies and that's why Michael Bay sucks the movies blow product placement Chevy blah blah blah".   Or if Dodge/Chrysler sponsored the vehicles. "Dodge sold out to Bay!" Wait, so, these Earth cars are actually Earth cars made by Earth companies? PRODUCT PLACEMENT!  

THIS. I personally love the vehicles we got in the films.

DotM got it very right with a good variety of cars and companies as both 'Bots and 'Cons.

Some of those cars are really cool, especially Sideswipe, but I prefer them the way they are. Soundwave would've been awesome as aScion xB, though, a la Animated.

 

Those are some good possibilties. But would that mean Mudflap and Skids would fight over the green again.

 

I'm imagining the Autobots going "no... you can have that one..."
