agree the chorus is the only good part. the rest is meh.

Anyone else notice you can sing "transformers...more than meets the eye" with the humming and the chorus. Was this intentional?

 

Awesome piece of music. Better than everything Linkin Park came up for the movies.
The drums are so badass, can´t stop listening to this song.

Funny I thought they hired Linkin Park as they couldn't get Limp Bizkit.

 

Linkin Park's songs were miles better. This one is just meaningless and empty. The slow part before the last chorus just makes me mad, they could just easly write some new lyrics for that part and it would flow better. I was excited when I saw the long running time, but nearly half of it is just boring "woo"ing with no actual lyrics. Ugh, what were you thinking ID, you know you're better than this.

 

Watch the mash-up video on Youtube it didn't have access to the boring bits so it's just the good bits with trailer and TV spot footage over it (and no band shots).

The intro to the song needs to be shortened, but the song is good and fits with the movie.

 

The key to trolling is to not make it so obvious.

 

You know what would save the song? Take the very last part and put it in front of the last chorus and get rid of the unnecessary 'woo's.

 

I like it and think it will work with the tone of the movie but I do still think Linken Park would have done better.

 

Love how everyone used to moan about Linkin Park and now that Linkin Park isn't doing the soundtrack everyone is like BRING THEM BACK!

I love this, The Chorus is perfect, so what if it starts of slow? If anything that just adds to the emotion of the movie. It fit's so well having a slow start to show the emotion, and the Chrous shows the action, both come together to really show what this movie is going to be like and i friggin love that. "Battlecry" could also have another meaning, like perhaps a particular leader of the Autobots and his famous line for example?

Also to the guy that said you can hum "More than meets the eye to the chrous"...OMG I LOVE IT EVEN MORE!

 

I like it but I was expecting it to be a bit better.
