He looks cool and all but I'd rather get the Grimlock from the Animated series line for my son than this thing.

So, about the unfortunate placement of what I would call "ass Kibble".
It's a malady yet to be cured. I also noticed that Jungle planet megatron had a missile launcher sticking out of his poop chute. Other than that I would say that this is probably one of the most accurate activators I have seen.

Though I usually don't mind a little A$$ kibble now and again!;)

Actually, I think the activators line is a great success. Very fun, with pretty good articulation overall and very few disappointing figures (I'm looking at you Lockdown!) For me they have been the surprise line of the series, much like I'm digging on the Legends Class stuff from Classics Universe 2.

Grimlock will be mine, for sure. And if they ever make a Lugnut Activator I swear to God I'll rip him open in the store and start bashing him into a Powerglide!:rock

it's not Masterpiece Grimmy, but it's still totally a must-buy. Can't wait to find him.

Wow... they did it again. Every time I see a new Activator mold I am astonished at how great they look considering they are essentially a gimmick with arms/legs/heads. Grimlock is no exception here. A high level of cartoon accuracy in a slightly-bigger-then-legends class size. Just cool stuff. I never get tired of slapping the activate button my Starscream.
