I was standing at a node and the camera was really zoomed in so I look at his back and while he was idle and his wheels were moving I notice the shape of his upper back. It was the first time I actually looked at his back which I had to look at for the whole campaign etc. And the lights highlight some of the Autobot insignia features.

 

Yeah, it's something that has been known for a while. I think most Autobots have that, but it's been a few weeks since I last played the game. Megatron has the Con symbol on his back, as well.

I knew about Megatron but not Optimus. Can't blame me for focusing on the opposition.

 

Its pretty cool. I was happy to see the symbol on the back of the WFc prime figure too.

 

  we were talking about this when we first saw all of the their backs and undercarriages, as faction symbols are present on all characters in either mode, some are easier to see than others—personally, I hate this aesthetic along with the random moving parts, but that's probably just me.

 

The 'con symbol is replicated on the back of the Generations WfC Megatron toy as well, if you haven't seen it yet!

 

yeah, that little Autobot logo built into his back is really groovy. I like how it "flexes" with his body.

 

Bumblebee has one too.

I'm not unobservant I was just at first too busy looking at his moving parts when standing still (still kinda cool) and then the mayhem.

 

Funny thing I noticed that today in escalation. I didn't want to post about it figuring I'm just seeing things but since you see it too I guess it's true.  

 

I have more fun watching the thing move more than likening it to an autobot symbol.
It's like it's trying to nom on something. :3

 

I've also noticed that, in fact most of the transformers have their symbol hiden on them somewhere, look at a top view of soundwaves vehicle mode

It looks like a stretched out decepticon symbol, there's also a symbol worked into soundwave's back
