Excellent looking collection BM, The only recommendation I could make would be to turn the boxed items so only the side flaps face forward. That's what I had to do with my boxed TFs. Plus if any of the boxes show their age, it's a good way to hide it.

Just to give you an idea of what it might look like:

WOW, I'd toss the other stuff sideways like the Cybertron and display all that G1 boxed goodness. I have all my reissues sideways and it makes me sad. lol. I will toss the post G1 stuff in storage as my G1 MISB collection expands. Until I get a new house with a Bonus Room, which will be a requirement. I have to display the G1, the only reason I collect MISB is because G1 boxes are the greatest toy packaging ever.

So true. Though shortly my Cybertron stuff will be moved to the finished basement where I have all the carded figures hung on peg board, I had been wondering what to do with that space, perhaps Ill expand my G1 collection into the closet.

Unfortunatly most of my boxed items don't have inserts. Ive made a few custom inserts, but that takes time I haven't had lately.

man it looks even cooler then before BM It looks very nice and clean and organized above all. I really dig this collection and I wish I also could collect other lines but G1 takes to much space and room when collecting boxed (although Im not insane to go after misb)...so when are you selling that other Astrotrain ;)

Very impressive collection BM! AFA 90 Browning FTW! Also like MP Megs holding Prime's head on a stick!

Here are my two space saving tips from someone who is also running out of TF real estate:

    1. For any shelf that has relatively short TFs on it, try to find something you can use to make levels so the guys at the back are almost reaching the top of the shelf, there's a middle row, and then bots at the bottom with their feet on the actual shelf itself (small plastic display cases and GI Joe Sigma 6 weapons trunks work fairly well). This has the dual effect of allowing more bots to be placed on one shelf and making a lot more bots visible.

    2. You could put MOSC TFs over the window. Who needs daylight? :)

    Cheers!
    Sush.

I'd throw away all the figures that aren't transformers. That way you'll get more space for tfs.
