    Received TFCon exclusive Sphinx yesterday for my birthday. Also found Wheelie, Rewind, and Sentinel Prime at Rosemont Target. Being that it was sunny, hot, and no clouds, it was definitely a perfect day!

    Walmart on Farnsworth (aurora) has no transformers period save a mis-shelved sentinel prime, open box, no head.

    Was going to get SDCC Max but apparently I am the Fort Max magnet of greater Chicago. Found 2 more at TRU in Downers Grove. One is coming home with me, if I can get through the the 1 line for checkout/customer service/returns...

    I used 10% off and got the SDCC one, I think it was 185ish after shipping and tax. Definitely more expensive than the retail version, though I wanted the sword and I think the deco looks really nice. I would get the Takara version but I'm not a fan of Cerebros. Either way, it looks like everyone should be able to get the version they want with little difficulty.

    yeah I thought the sdcc would be gone like crazy so I just opted for the regular retail release. $185 all in is pretty good considering I opted for the PE sword on top of max.

    the PE sword is a bit nicer than the SDCC max one though. some nice hefty diecast in there and I like the molded detail more.

    Palatine target had the first wave of titan masters last weekend to nabbed a set of those. They are a lot of fun attached to max.

    Checked the Streator Wal-Mart for TM Prime, but it looks like they completely re-stocked the first wave Deluxes and Voyagers instead.
