Is an extra gun, some chrome and some mini figs worth the extra cost? Maybe to some but the money saved is almost halfway to a MP SW!

I was running a Chrome extension to check the search results page (every 5 seconds) for any changes using the terms "metroplex", "angry birds", and "conclusion".

I was on the site the moment those items went live. Metroplex didn't even last 4 minutes. The GI Joe set never surfaced.

 

PrimeTarget, you are wise. I'm not even into it for the chrome, just the gun and mini-figs, and I really just want the gun. *whew* Now I'm glad my aging, Swiss-cheese brain was slow on the draw.

I had metroplex and boba fett in my cart among others and chrome was getting stuck on a certain page in checkout, switched to firefox and lost those figs but got everything else.

There are a few of us in the area that look out for each other. I live in the Warrenville area but I am moving up the road to Geneva.

I might be even more mad since I was told they had none. As in "We didn't get any in".

I live by elston and diversey and called every TRU within a 50 mile radius today starting at 10am. Twice they said only got 2 figures and already sold out. Just so crazy how hard to get this figure. But the worst part is people are getting them to sell!

 

I'm on the lookout for Soundwave too, and I'm in the Naperville/Aurora area. I know if I see any, I'm going to pick up as many as possible up to 4, lol. One for me, one for a friend, one for Matticus, and one for Soundwave 86 who may be dead...

Then anything after goes out to the other board members once I get them, lol.
