Say what now? I'm actually against the constant 84-86 priority. I want 87-90 to be given more priority- but it looks like it is going to come last after UT, Prime, heck probably even after RID15 and Cyberverse! Beast Wars is miles ahead at this point.

I know. I wanted to humorously point out to him that there really are G1 fans who are still waiting for certain G1 figures to be made.
Not taking a jab at you or anything.

Apologies if I've missed it skimming thru to newest post but has it been stated or confirmed anywhere whether Mainframe's OP Mini-Statuette-scaled Ark "bridge" mode can stow inside the Ark's chest/the proper place in starship mode?

It's weird, because even the new IDW continuity is still drawing upon the later G1 era.

Is it? That bodes well for characters from that era getting new toys then.
I'm curious for next year's toyline.
WFC was all about getting really accurate toys of the season one G1, movie, and Beast Wars casts.
I wonder what G1 characters will get toys next year and whether we'll see Transmetals and how they will look.
Also curious about the Unicron Trilogy and Prime inclusions. It's very exciting.

We're reasonably confident on Skids and Blaster. Motormaster also seems likely. A more vague hint at a gap being filled which makes me think Sureshot and/or Pointblank.

That's right. We'll get a new Motormaster and possibly Menasor.
I'd love a more accurate Bruticus if he's a success.
And finally a good Generations Blaster. Hopefully his cassettes will come in a boxset like that Earthrise GS set.

have Blaster come with one of his cassettes so if they put the others together it can be a four pack with Buzzsaw

Missed opportunity for the panels on the back of the arms and leg of ARK to fold in.. But other than that, it's a beautiful figure.

Yeah Buzzsaw getting overlooked does bug me a bit. Getting a Good Blaster with his cassettes would be fantastic, even a Twincast with Flipsides for selects would be welcome.

Cannot wait to put scorponok on top of Black Zarak. This Christmas is going to be beautiful.

Or have a pic of G1 Scorponok holding the cyberbee, while Zarak sits on top of BW Scorponok's head.

I think I'm looking forward to Scorponok more. Can't wait to have how I like to call Dinobot's counterpart.

    I didn't want the Ark.

But they put in all the bells and whistles that make me want it.

    The golden disks.
    Mainframe.
    Uh...What else was it?

Oh yeah, a titan class bot.

Loving The Ark, and that quirky robot mode is a BIG surprise.

He looks like Spanner combined with eyebrows out of Angry Birds meets something from Return To Oz.

    Nuts but gloriously nuts!

    Bring .. it .. on.

Didn't say he wasn't, just commenting on his weird, gangly appearance.

Which has hugely grown on me in the past 48 hrs and now I actually kinda love. :D

To look at, he's kinda like a modern and old school Transformers toy in one.

Despite some of the modern engineering touches (e.g: cool blue effects parts for those boosters) he at the same time looks awkward and stiff enough to have been one of the brick-like G1 city bots I would've owned back in the day.

The waist (and secondary robot) for example is very G1 Metroplex.

Acquired a set of the vintage G1 Kabaya figures from BBTS. I'll post a review of them later tonight, hopefully, and see how they measure up to other titans. Ideally, Hasbro should just reissue the World's Smallest Transformers line but these are only about $5 each after shipping, so if they're crap, at least I'm not out a ton of money. I'm still not invested in the Ark but it might help others who want display figures to go along with it. here's a preview:
