im really glad they gave scorponok his cyberbee, they could've just given him another missile but they went through extra effort to give him something different and even give it paint apps

 

I was actually lobbying for this Ark to have 3 modes that included Teletraan-1 and part of the Autobots inner base only because it would've made perfect sense. Hell, I'd prefer a broader Teletraan base instead of that Bot mode.

Now, I wouldn't mind if they eventually just offered a solo Teletrann-1 Bot but in a dark Orange color.

 

I can maybe see it as a GenSelects thing. I could also see it being something that completely skips their minds and they never even think of unless the fans start a petition, which isn't likely because while I love Straxus, he IS a pretty obscure character.

Scorponok was basically the Soundwave to Terrorsaur's Starscream and has a CyberBee stashed in his claw in place of a cassette in his chest. He would send it out to spy on the Maximals like Soundwave would with Laserbeak.

Careful about praising Hasbro on paint apps before something is released. Unicron’s maw color was randomly changed to unpainted blue so this bee could easily be flat grey plastic color or even a completely different color on release.

Huh, I usually like to see the front of my ships so it bothers me way more to see massive gaps in the front of it.

 

He's only this obscure because Hasbro allows it.... I mean the X-men doesn't always just battle Magneto and the Brotherhood. There's Mr. Sinister and the Nasty Boy's, Apocalypse and his Horseman, Brood, Phalanx, The Hellfire club and many more...

So have a quality show or comicbook featuring a hulking Tyrant that has Megatron looking over his shoulder more than Optimus and I promise that Straxus popularity would skyrocket.

NOTE TO HASBRO: Please leave Bumble (Mary-sue) Bee the hell out of whatever project you feature Straxus in. It's time you all start giving Decepticon's with Intelligence and Strength levels documented as a "6" and up more damn respect!

 

Naturally. They've done some incredible figures that were just jaw-droppingly good to me, and I could still nitpick those if needs be. There's always going to be room for improvement. But with this batch, you don't have to look hard.
