If they did that, I would be on it in a heartbeat, just for the laugh factor!

the mystery machine repaint is at least interesting.

both of these repaints look like a way to sell more ratchet and ironhide without duplicating the first release. why would you want a red alert that looks identical to ratchet and cant combine to form defensor. I don't know, just not for me.

 

Was really hoping it would be a new color. Diaclone black Ironhide, movie green Ratchet, a Mr T/A-team, the Scooby Doo mystery machine.

But no, it's supposed to be First Aid, even though the only two things that remind me of First Aid are the Ambulance and the head.

Price is good though. I might just sell my Ratchet and get this instead.

What's wrong with them?

 

Beard? Not seeing a beard on the "aged" head, just the normal oddly sculpted/angular face sculpt that's similar to Ironhide's.

Anyway, looks pretty decent except I'm not a fan of the red thighs. The red shoulder blocks aren't too bad. That said, aside from the head and alt mode, I'm not seeing First Aid here, just a Ratchet with a new head seeing how First Aid didn't transform the same as Ratchet. But for the price, it's not a bad deal.

Now where's Impactor/Presser?  

 

That mold does not work at all as First Aid. It is cool that this is basically a cheaper option for the folks who didn't want all the accessories with first release.

 

Maybe it's just me but I love how this looks.

Umm I've never ordered from IGear everyone seems scared to order from them. Can you guys enlighten me with past experiences pls?

 

And ordered. I skipped the Ratchet on the first go around so I'm glad to have this stand-in. I hope it comes with more heads, even though it doesn't list any. :crossesfingers:

I've ordered twice in the past and have had no issues. Got the 3 main Seekers and a Evil Faith Leader.

 

I've have hoped for the big cannons on the roof, and the word Emergency on the side.

 

It was just this last summer with the mini warriors that there was a problem. Every box was squashed, with many customers. Not to mention that I had to contact them about a month after they said it was shipped out, to actually ship it. Then they put all the boxes in a giant bubble mailer that looked like an elephant stepped on it a few times.

Prior to that, everything was perfect.

But, as the saying goes... fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me.

I would rather they NOT offer free shipping, and offer a decent shipping service instead for cost that includes decent packaging, like bbts, tfsource, robotkingdom, and the rest, do.

Because their free shipping service the last time... SUCKED BALLS

I agree. The mold just doesn't work as him.

 

Bought! I'm glad they rereleased him. The original release is either unavailable or extremely overpriced. Now if they only put more of the 2nd Specialist Ironhide release back up on their site for the same price, I'll be a happy camper.

 

They seem to be going for a hybrid G1/G2 deco for the vehicle mode.

The new head is nice, but the robot body just doesn't fit First Aid.
