I'm hoping igear will change their mind and do the second run of those with the improvement on the joints. Love the design. Hope you get ones with solid joints but doesnt sound it matters much for you. For me it's a huge deal as I have zero experience in dealing with floppiness.

Yeh that's cool they are tossing it out there, but they initially had 4-15 so I take release dates with a grain of salt now. All's I knows, is... it'll get here when it gets here!

Still have Skywarp up for grabs if some one wants it $105 shipped.

I'm all in for all six figures. My wallet might feel some pain, but I'm eager to have a full set of seekers that should look good alongside Hegemon.

Where has this recent mention of floppiness come from? Was there a video review posted? Are people referring to that grainy video of Skywarp being transformed a while back? If so, I would have assumed that was a test shot.

I don't know about the floppyness of the figure. In the transformation video, he looked floppy during transformation but looked like it was pretty solid when he was finished. And that was a test shot I believe.
I did just recently get Igears Ironhide figure and he's pretty solid. Don't know where the floppy rumor came from.

Nobody's even gotten a review copy so far; all we've seen is a transformation video from months before a delayed release. Honestly I wouldn't take away much in the way of observations from that video other than the transformation sequence and overall look/feel of the figure. Floppiness in a test shot from months before release, present or not, isn't likely to have bearing on the final product.

And I don;t remember thinking it looked floppy in that video anyway.

I think the poster that mentioned the floppiness got confused with igears MP seekers. If not then I don't know where he came up with that idea.

    All reassuring things to know.

I recently bought a few of iGear's minibots (Hench, Bushwhacker, and Duneraker), and they all seemed pretty solid. (Even Bushwhacker, which I'd read wasn't QCed as well as Hench.)

The Mini-Bots and new Seekers are not designed by the same person, so I don't know how much you can take from one design to the other. They are both being made by iGear, but that's all.

Actually these seekers are from the same designer as the mini bots, Bal Dillinger. He told me himself when I asked him back in the fall....

Correct. I got confused with the Igear PP series. Still this is being made by Igear whether the same group of people who are responsible for the PP series or not, I'll have to look out for a good review before anything.

Well, as long as they don't mess up the colors like with Bushwhacker and Duneraker. That's an obvious gripe, but of course it's one I knew to expect going in. The molds still work. I still see Beachcomber and Outback when I look at them.
