Depends on which Soundwave it is.

G1 Soundwave you have to go with The Touch just because it fits all the silly fun of that era.

Something like Animated or any Soundwave with an Earth car mode it would have to be something with a lot of base to it. I could see him as one of those cars that go down the road with things around it shaking from all the thump of the base.
