Stuck at home and the weather's appalling at the moment, so I'm a bit bored, and my mind's started wandering.

Thinking about my collection, I wondered, if I could only get one more figure, what would be the single most important character? No buying others later. The last figure I'd ever get, then tie a bow on the collection.

For me, even though 80% of my collection is MP scaled, I'd wait for the (inevitable) Earthrise Inferno. I've got a lot of MP stuff pre-ordered, including set completion pieces like GT Hotspot, FT Skullcruncher and MMC Blast Off, but I'd forego all those as a G1 voyager Inferno is the last member I'm missing from my Wreckers display, and that's far more important to me.

What would be yours? It doesn't even have to be something that's currently on the horizon, but something you prize more than anything else and would wait for.

Edited: 'Cause people don't seem to understand a fairly simple question. One individual figure/character. No packs. No combiner teams/gestalts.

 

If I'm allowed to take the liberty of combiners, FT's Stunticons. After those are out, I'll be happy. Menasor is absolutely my favorite combiner and having that completed will make me eternally satisfied.

 

ummm, FT Blitzwing AND FT Astrotrain AND FT Aerialbots AND FT Smokey.

But if only one, FT Blitzwing... i gotta have it, lol. FT Astrotrain probably next in line. Triple Changers are TRIPLE the value if all 3 modes look good and transformation doesnt break them.

That said, i also want somekind of MP Windblade, MP Elita 1, and MP TFP Arcee (blue bike)

 

Easy, a proper MP Perceptor.

 

Yolopark Bumblebee Optimus Prime. If I have to stop collecting, I want to go out with a bang. That thing will be beautiful.

If something that isn’t actually in the making, an Animated Marauder Megatron.

 

If a multi pack is on the table then I'd want an FT of FT quality set of Omnibots.

Outside of a multi pack I'd take an MP Roadbuster.

Someone asked Dilanjii(butchered it) and he said they have a V2 in the works.

 

FT Thomas. Then I’d have to sell off the unfinished FT combiners

 

Going to take the liberty of excluding announced or "in progress" releases (such as combiners), and go with:

1)A FT Bruticus. This would complete the FT trifecta of the only meaningful Combiners to me.

2)A FT set of seekers.

I always cheat on these types of scenarios. The OP wanted a single character and I respond with either 5 or 6!

 

Not selling my Roadking and Spoiler, even though i am an OCD guy in every sense, these two are marvels / standalones of their own. They can hang with the autobots for all i care. Would sell my TE-01 and FT Maverick before ever touching Roadking. Heck, after FT Dibots, Roadking and Spoiler will join which ever shelf they must to stay, lol.

Cant wait for FT Thomas and Berzerk though.

 

I’m on the fence with spoiler. Never was a Menasor fan but it was too good to pass up. Still debating if I want to complete this set. Road King stays regardless.

A better soundwave. Contrary to popular opinion, that thing is not perfect. FT might have it covered but I tend to be disappointed at final products from them, for varying reasons.

Maketoys MP Highbrow. Even if one hadn't already been in the works/development hell I'd want a Masterpiece Highbrow, third party or not.

Perfect Fusion Swoop

Why? FT Soar is too small next to his Dibot buddies in robot mode. Giga Gaudenter blends in quite nicely but his face is ugly as hell and looks nothing like toon or toy Swoop.

... Unfortunately this is not going to happen, so I'll have an MP Runamuck & Runabout set, please, from whoever decides to make them.
