If you had the ability to uncancel a toy, which toy would you uncancel?

My first pick would be Alpha Trion from the first Generations Scourge mold. He was a choice in a 2014 Takara/Million Publishing fan poll and he just barely lost to Go Shooter from the T30 Nightbeat mold.

My second pick would be Defensor from the original Fire Convoy mold. I know we ended up getting a similar repaint with the Titanium RID Optimus but the full size version looked so much better. It got canned when OTFCC lost the Transformers Convention lisence.

Mostly because of the Waspinator repaint, but here's my choice:
    Horrorcon (Universe) - Transformers Wiki

Thankful that the Botcom Waruder set included that deco AND it was relatively inexpensive. Still, I would love to see any of these released as official homages in the future!

I clicked this thread expecting Marauder Megatron over and over. I was not disappointed.

I would soooo love that entire lineup. Alas...

I’d love a full set of the Horrorcons.

Came in to post this one too. Still kind of hoping the Garatron Unicron is just one of those 3P projects that goes silently for several years then magically resurfaces when you least expect.

The SS release of the Arcees kind of made the former hurt less, and I was able to repaint my one Sideswipe to be pretty accurate, though.

Really pissed at how much I spent to get a Takara Leadfoot too, just to have him get a new figure in SS.

Still bummed about Downshift, though. Love that mold.

I wholeheartedly agree. I can't fathom why they did the POTP prime contest like that. I'm not saying Star Saber would've won automatically, but it would certainly have changed things. The whole evolution/armor gimmick is literally Star Saber's main thing.

The Energon Megatron repaint of titans return sky shadow. It would have been my second favorite figure had it got produced.

I've got another pair. There were plans to take the TR Sky Shadow mold to make Prima and Megatronus. Would've been nice to have more full-sized members of the Thirteen.

Animated Thundercracker. A decade later and I still kick myself for not picking up one of the few pre-production samples that trickled out on eBay.

Indeed. My son has one of the smaller spring-loaded Animated Thundercrackers, but the full-sized one would have been cool.

Okay, I didn't see anyone else mention this (which I may have just missed, because, really, it's unbelievable that no one has mentioned this), but really, for me, this is the biggest:

The rest of the G2 Dinobots.

I was sad about this guy too! That’s such a great little mold, and it deserved to have a repaint or two. Plus, this particular paint job (aside from just looking sharp) was seemingly an homage to Super Couper the Gobot... and I’m always all over Gobot homages.

Some of these figures that they created molds for I could definitely see them releasing as Hasbro pulse exclusives.

Prime Breakdown and the air vehicon are good examples. But that just might be wishful thinking
