A few weeks ago Just got back into collecting after about 7 or 8 years - I used to only pick up g1 stuff I grew up with

Now after 7 years hiatus I have gotten into third party and masterpiece. Here is what I have picked up so far:

Zeta Bruticon
Toy world constructor perfect
Dx9 Gabriel in transit
Dx9 Capone on preorder
Soundwave MP 13 reissue
Megatron MP 36+
MP Thrust
MP Dirge
MP Skywarp

Will be getting zeta or Fantoys superion. Haven’t decided
Will be completing dx9 or fantoys menasor haven’t decided

 

I might stick with just a full set of FT dinobots. Super nostalgic and amazing figures. Perhaps MP44 Prime and MP36 Megatron too

 

FT, IF, NA and MS Soundwave figures

FT Huffer
And if they ever get any further releases Jumpstarters (probably FT)

Those are my chase figures and then I'd actually be out of collecting.

 

If i could do it all over, I'd stick with a legends collection. Less real estate required. Mix of magic square and newage. 3 grand could buy their whole line

Been wanting a 90 inch OLED TV. I think nowadays it goes for about that, maybe a tad bit more.

See I thought about that but instead went for enough coffee to ascend to a new level of consciousness.

 

One really good Optimus (probably God Ginrai with all the add ons or maybe even just Earthrise Optimus) and one good Megatron (probably MMC Tyrantron) and just call it a day

 

1) spend at least 500$ on display case + lights (less if available)

2) get Fanstoys that are current and not a large markup. All of 2019. Maybe used dibots too, otherwise go with GP.

3) takara or ko inferno, sunstreaker, datsun(s)

If any leftover, some figma or bandai Macross toys.

 

I would spend it on MP Bayformers, MP Raiden (~$1000???) or a third set of the TFC Trinity Force set or another set of the KFC Horrorcons.

I really need to do that... 50% of what makes a TF collection to look good is how you display it!

If i could forsee whats out now n whats on the horizons................ buy unicron, maketoys metroplex and just legends (IF, newage, magic etc)

 

Everything Magic Square has made. Plus a few other things from IF & MFT. And some HasTak titans.

I'd probably buy a bunch of Iron Factory figures, some Titans, and some other legends stuff. As I run out of space (like, completely out of space) I continue to regret not collecting legends even though I prefer larger figures to smaller ones.

 

Go to Vegas...yet again....in addition to South Beach in Miami which I'm doing next year! Wohoo!
