So eg Shia had Bumblebee as his link, so if Jason Statham joined who would be his autobot link?

 

Id go for Christian Bale and have his link Prowl or Will Smith with his link Sunstreaker

 

I'd go for a female lead and cast Chloe Moretz as a lead with her companion the eccentric, fast talking, Blurr. Transformers just isn't the place for old adult, stuffy male leads. It would be two protagonists, and no absurd love story. Just friendship as the backdrop to the war.

The male protagonist is far difficult, IMO. I was not a fan of Shia, never connected with him, but I feel there must be a young male lead that is not a Twi-hard or some other crap.

I would love to see Prowl as a police car Autobot. Doesn't even have to be with the protagonist, even a secondary character who gets caught up in the Secret War.

I would rather see the film focus on nest as the human role. This would also make a high decrease of bad jokes.

 

Prowl with a old veteran cop actor maybe someone like Robert Patrick. XD

I meant link to the story of transformers. Sam and BB werent always friends before they met like. I just hope they dont just carry on using BB. TF4: BB gets a new friend

 

I'd like to see Joel Courtney from "Super 8", and pair him up with a new Autobot in a film that is much more lighthearted and personal than the huge, epic trilogy we just had. Obviously there will still be villains, but with the major Cons gone, I would like to see a more upbeat film. Of course, if this ties into a second trilogy, the threat factor can be amped up in the sequels.

Make Lennox the new protagonist. His Autobot link should be Kup (based on IDW Kup), Warpath or Springer. I do like the idea of pairing Prowl up with a cop protagonist, though.
