Ok, said aside from the bamboozled-esque antics of Mudflap and Skids, I just never liked anything about the twins. So here is my question, if Bay wanted a brother duo of Autobots, and already had plans to intro Sideswipe in RotF, then why not just do Sunstreaker and Sideswipe? That duo would have been great fan wank and provided 2 kick ass bots! Hell they could have both still shared the same alt mode too. Sideswipe could have been the hardtop Vette and Sunstreaker could have been the convertible, thus the name. Since Sideswipe was silver, would that mean Sunstreaker would have been black? What do you guys think? WIN.
The name Sunstreaker does not work unless he's yellow, and the role of yellow guy was already taken by Bumblebee.
i think Brawn and Huffer would have worked better...and Huffer would have gotten eaten by devastator...

how much would everyone like if Sunstreaker and Sideswipe were the twins, and i dont mean the bumbleebee size bots you wanted, i mean the the twins we got, cause thats what michael bay wanted he wanted two new kid appeal characters, he tried but they weren't received well. Face it nothing in Transformers is going to be the same as previous generation s, except for a few constants, and sadly the personality of a few bots from g1 aren't one of them
I cant see him as black though when his name has sun in it probably yellow or orange maybe even red but not black
