Funny enough is wasn't the first Sagat to voice Soundwave. The first was the late Robert. O. Smith.
Fantastic mental image; Soundwave rocking out to a Tenacious D song
Michael Clarke Duncan is he was still alive
yes. definitely this.
when you initially think about jack black doing a role like this, it's silly. but when you give it serious thought, and look at a bunch of the roles he's done, you realize he has a lot of talent and potential to do pretty much anything voice acting wise.
anyone asking for the g1 soundwave voice needs punched in the dick, hard
seriously, they have built up the notion of soundwave finally talking so much that if you just put the g1 voice there, it would be the BIGGEST ANTICLAMATIC thing ever. it would be so horrible.
it needs to be the most, demented, sick, twisted voice you have ever heard. after he speaks it needs to make you wet your pants and cry for your mommy
i swear the amount of people who just want g1 because its g1 is ******ed
Well what voice do you have in mind? Tobin Bell?
i don't have a voice actor i can think of, i just want it freakin demented
If he is still working, he'd be a great choice.
He might have been an even better choice for Shockwave. He can deliver emotionless yet scary like few others.

You've said it three times. We get it.
Wait, I got a new idea!
Get Ed Boon to voice him, and then he can scream: "GET OVER HERE!" when snatching fools with his tentacles!
I doubt it. Michael Anasra is 90 years old and hasn't worked in a decade.
