As for the sale this is really tempting to see what I missed back in the day. Although I kind of wish that it included all of the UK books/stories as well since I get the impression that the universe and characters were fleshed out much better.

Also as someone else asked where are the remaining 4 issues?

Unless that comes free with the purchase of every IDW bundle I think you might have posted that in the wrong topic :p

I believe the question is, are these digital copies or physical copies?

I believe the answer is that these are digital copies.

I'm a little surprised that it isn't more clear what you are buying though.

Agreed. In the descriptions on the website it actually says trade paperbacks. By definition, I would take it to mean physical copies of the comics.

Yeah, shop.idwpublishing.com is the physical store, read.idwpublishing.com where the sale is happening is the digital store. Would have jumped on a physical sale for the Regeneration One trades, but have no use for digital.

I'm the opposite now, i am so over physical books. the ease of having 100s of books on a device no thicker then 3 floppies is just game changing. I upgrade from a first gen iPad to an iPad Air this year, and the high resolution screen makes modern books look far better than print... (i miss that new-print smell though)

Damn those are great prices for the Classics books. I would buy them if I didn't already have them.

For something like books I want physical copies. I almost ordered thinking they were physical, good thing I backed out. In no way do I feel digital even at that price is worth it

Those friends of mine who have switched to digital have tried converting me, but to no avail. There is nothing like the fond childhood feeling of sitting or lying on the floor comic book in hand, and flipping the page to the next exciting scene. It was my thing to do on Friday nights and Saturdays.

Reading a comic on an ipad or Kindle, or whatever, just doesn't feel right. A comic book is supposed to be just that, a BOOK.

Yes, I feel the same way about physical books versus electronic as well.

Well...that was disappointing. I thought some BOOKS were on sale because the news post said...BOOKS. :thumbdown
