    UPDATE on page 2! :D
    Chromia-20.jpg
    ---------------

Currently still a WIP. Arcee's on hold till I get my Takara Arcees for parts :ev:

    The current plan:
    1) Comic-accurate splitting front tyres
    2) Detachable shield because Hasbro can't deal with it, grrr...
    3) Brakelights section becomes the feet with minor ankle tilts
    4) Busou Shinki base for added articulation.
    5) New head.

Didn't expect the ball joint socket on the hips to be compatible with the Shinki body, which saves me lots of work :)
Not going to bother making comic accurate legs because it's mass-shifting BS :lol

Shave a good clearance to allow better compression of the back kibble.

    Until the next update!! Cheers!
    ;)

    minor update

Hi guys, a quick update before CNY hits.

Temp head for now, shield has 2 grip handles to allow different posing options.

Splitting wheels (and still retains steering, woooo!) are done, and they collapse neatly for altmode thanks to magnets inside.

New heels also allows for rollerblading action. I'll need to secure those shoulder armors with epoxies later.

    Until next time! :rock

Is it weird that I kind of like the head you have on her now and think you should keep it on?

Because if it is then I totally don't...

In all honesty I think the torso's a little too long for the rest of it.

    Complete!!

Hi guys! It's been a while, but Chromia is done! :rock

    Comes with her axe
    [IMG]

Shield has 2 grips (1 static, one on a hinge) that allows multiple ways of posing.

It's hard to notice, but she does have lips. :p
    [IMG]

It can also be held in reversed position.

    MovieChromia: Haha.Very funny :mad
    [IMG]

    Backpack+Shield= Mini-monowheel drone
    [IMG]

As usual, multiple hands for multiple poses
    [IMG]

Magnets are glued behind these two parts to keep them in place during alt mode.

Comparison with Windblade. The new feet helped to give her a slight height boost. Also, I replaced WB's legs upon learning that the stock hip sockets works with the Shinki body. Now she has dem sexy robot thighs :D
    [IMG]

WB: Whaddya think? I got this from this weird place on earth called Japan!
    C: *facepalms*
    [IMG]

Altmode. Clips have been added into the holes on her arms to allow weapon storage, so her axe can be some sort of cannon. Similar to my custom Windblade, decapitation is needed for transformation :ev:

Rear View. The extra heels ended up blocking the feet from fitting into that gap, but overall I like the extra length to the bike's silhouette.

    Regular mode and Speedup mode?

    Front View
    [IMG]

Steering intact. Now she can do those badass Batpod wheelspin action.

Alt mode with some blacklight. I've painted over the reds with neon orange sharpie.

Botmode with blacklight. Neon blue sharpied on parts to even out the details.

Looks a tad weird in pics, but the orange glows better IRL

Yeah, the Shinkis were designed to be pretty lanky, and the way the hip and waist are a singular part didn't help either. I gave her a paintjob to break that up a little.
