They don't do trades for each series anymore, only the omnibus hardcovers. (Not sure if that's what you meant.)

Yeah, right, it slipped my mind. I have the first three volumes. I'll wait with reading it until I get the hardcover it will be included in then :)  Thanks for reminding me.

Everyone is talking about Octopunch and Electro, but nobody is talking about the lore drop, Blurr was supposed to rule Velocitron, but left and promptly replaced by Roadrocket, a rather interesting situation...

Y\'know what\'d love? Somebody giving the Last Stand mini series
treatment to the Mayhem Attack Squad. Really flesh out the teamit\'s history, add new members.

    Aaaaaaand done.
    I checked out on “Proletariat”.

Because that’s what warring alien beings fight over. Human polititical systems.

Especially when anybody with half a brain knows that Decepticons are Kraterocratic.

That Thunderclash design is interesting. He has a roof on his chest... and another roof on his back? Maybe from the upper deck of a Motormaster-style sleeper cab?

I wonder if there's a chance he's based on an upcoming toy design. Goodness knows we're overdue for a modern Thunderclash figure.

    Oh hey, Pretenders!
And Octopunch is in the forefront of this group, it\'s nice to see him get some spotlight.
He seems to have Submarauder & Skullgrin with him. If he was Bombburst then we\'d have the Masterforce trio assembled.

We need to get toys of these. Circuit I'm particular. I don't know how they would adapt reaprouch the pretenders but they wouldn't be bad.

The roof on the back is the roof of the roof.

Proletariat is just a term for working class people as a group. The etymology goes back to ancient rome.

Also is Mayhem even associated with the Decepticons at this point?

That tiny little picture of Road Rocket has me hopeful that that is what his toy will look like in the Walmart Velocitron line.

I hope so. I would even be okay with him not having his trailer; just give him his big honking turbine guns, & I'm good.

"Five-page preview of Wreckers issue 1"? Nice Try! I'm seeing an 8-page preview. Thanks!

Yeah, I’m not liking Grimlock’s design in this book either.

mine looks just like this only one of the arms also came off. Such a shame I love the idea of the Laser rods but man who ever signed off on the gold should have been fired.

Your statement pretty much confirms what I said. They are still using human political terminology which makes absolutely no sense to me.

Also, you don’t have to be a Decepticon to follow your initial war machine programming. Then again, according to IDW, the Decepticons were the “oppressed“.

I'm a little disappointed they hand waved away the size of the planet by having the pods reprogrammed to land within X distance of the Axalon. Kinda puts the kibosh on my hope for a separate arc/run that focuses on a group of pods that land on the other side of the planet.

I do like, however, that they're running with the idea that nobody knows who or what will be in the pod until it comes online. Does help maintain both a race against time element and forces both sides to strategize about how they'll recover these.

I'm also very very glad they're not losing sight of the idea these are reprogrammed Maximals. That needs to stay at the forefront in this take. There needs to be some conflict within the Maximal ranks about how to deal with the new Predacons.
