That lists Beast Wars as a 12 issue series. Was definitely getting more of an ongoing feel from interviews and such, is this new info or?

Naw, we litigated this one already; it's an odd choice for them the phrase the solicit this way, but the writer chimed into explain that it's got a minimum 12-issue commitment, and will continue on past that if sales are enough to warrant it.

It looks like the new Wreckers are basically going to be the good-guy equivalent to the Animated Stunticons. I think I\'m okay with that...for now

 

Why is that not-Crusher femmebot who was also in the Barber ongoing in this too? I have yet to even remember her name, she was so forgettable, and as far as I know, she is not based on any Transformer toy but some obscure japanese toyline...

While everyone is excited for Razorbeast, to me that looks like old art from The Gathering they recycled for the 25th anniversary. The plot description is about Not-Snapper new mandatory female character and not Razorbeast.

I'm genuinely struggling to think of anything noteworthy that Aileron has accomplished, I'm surprised I even remember her name. She's just a less cool Crasher that Arcee made out with once in a moment that didn't completely come out of nowhere and wasn't cringe whatsoever.

If they're bringing in Razorbeast there's no way BW ends at 12 issues. It's possible they planned a way to end if they weren't picked up for more issues, but I'm hoping they've liked the sales they've seen.

 

It's about Skold finding a new protoform. And based on the tease it's already online by the time she gets there, as she has to either convince it to join or destroy it. Since Skold is new to the BW continuity we've got no priors for this particular storyline to make assumptions. But the retail incentive cover including Razorbeast seems like a pretty big hint. That said the cover is Skold swimming so it could also be someone like Cybershark or Claw Jaw.

 

Looking forward to Shattered Glass (and hopefully more figures down the line). I know I'm in the minority here, but it was always the coolest BotCon theme, hands down.
