Is this in the new continuity or an alternate timeline?

 

I can't wait for IDW to draw this miniseries out to the point where I've lost all interest!

 

I actually really like the idea of Grimlock in a fantasy world.

 

I love the idea of a Grimlock-centric miniseries taking place in a fantasy-like setting. I'll definitely be picking this up!

Edit: Also, it's surprising that we're getting a Grimlock miniseries without any involvement from Simon Furman.

The Grimlock miniseries sounds pretty fun, and I'm digging that G2 homage on SG Blurr's cover. It's cool to see IDW diversifying the Transformer comic lineup with more standalone stories.

 

whats peoples take on the guy writing the SG comic? Artists are more then a safe bet I've just never heard of the writer before.

 

Yo fella, can ya explain why IDW is taking solong to publish it's comics ?

 

Escape came out at the end of December. We're now more than half-way through May and we still haven't gotten to #3. That is ridiculous.

Issue 1 of Transformers/Back to the Future came out in October. Issue 3 came out in March. Two months later, we're still waiting on #4. That is ridiculous.

 

It’s like people forgot a pandemic could potentially be slowing down production speed of multiple industries. Obviously IDW is not stoked by its output speed, less new issues = less revenue, which means less profits. Something companies try to avoid. Patience people

 

To be fair, the way you worded your initial post:

It sounded like you were complaining about the story pacing being ultra-decompressed versus the late scheduling you later clarified.

Why ?

 

great..it's been how many years since that G2 cover (not your DADDY'S autobot!!) and the artist doing the homage doesn't know how bullets work either

 

So Dinobot and Nyx are still around each other by issue 7, so my guess that they will be shipped together by fans just got stronger.

 

I always thought that too even as an eight year old when I first saw that cover. I thought maybe the shells were so hot they melted Into his head after her shot his gun?

 

King Grimlock and Shattered Glass seem interesting.
