That Chromia

 

I was kind of hoping with Toy Fair that they would reveal somebody like Wheeljack and put him in a combo pack with Bumblebee. Nice callback to the first episode of G1. But that’s just me.

I’m sure Bumblebee will show up in the sequel toyline to Siege.

Megatron is usually bigger than Optimus if not the same height my but optimus isn’t ever bigger

 

Honestly, I always preferred Megatron being bigger than Optimus Prime. I blame the Prime cartoon, Animated, and bayverse for this preference. Besides, Megatron was a gladiator - a really champion - and Orion Pax was merely a dock-worker. Sure, the matrix beefed orion pax up a bit, but if one of the two had to be bigger, it would be Megatron.

 

I honestly wish the real Galaxy Upgrade Optimus had the A-frame body proportions as this cover shows.

 

I think Megs is still bigger if not the same size as Optimus here. There's a bit of perspective happening in this picture.

If one is going to be bigger than the other, yes I would like it to be Megatron, it gives their battles more suspense when the bad guy is bigger and stronger. Like Spider-Man vs Venom.

I'm surprised that no one's pointed out that there's a screw in Chromia's crotch. I mean, there's gotta be a clear line in how accurate something can be.

 

Yay! I love Griffith! He creates such perfect art for the normal transformers series. And these designs look great. Bumblebee makes a lot more sense to me here on this cover than on Malkova’s cover. Chromia looks fun. And starscream looks bored as shit it’s great.

Doubt it. Bumblebee kinda just looks like that sometimes.

 

For everyone thats complaning about optimus being bigger than Megatron you do realise thats only becuase optimus is closer to the screen 

 

She has very mannish features.

 

To me, it's the large helm. Like, it's the same size as her head.

 

So the new comics are using the Siege toyline character designs. Does that mean we\'ll see Optimus actually use his Galaxy Convoy super mode at some point?

 

I want 100% accuracy! Those hands better not open in a single panel!

 

What if they're assembled with screws THAT big in proportion to the rest of the bot? It's an alien Cybertronian tech after all!

It they want but it depends if it’s not required for the story. Hasbro just probably requested they use the designs.

Trypticon, fort max and titan masters were not used with their gimmicks in mind when IDW put them in the stories
