    Hi everyone,

I've been saving pictures of various Predaking combiner customs for a while now, but don't have names / part lists of them attached.

I'm about to try my hand at making one (always wanted a super posable Predaking!), but had some questions.

Anyone help me identify some of the base figure parts used in their construction?

For Predaking "A", what's the thigh/torso/arms from? (one of the Metroplexes?)

For Predaking "B", I can spot the Masterpiece Prime thighs, but are there any other bits people can spot? On either of them, I can't tell if the heads are the Crazydevy versions, or original molds.

Also, if you know of a cool looking predaking customs, please post here. I'd love to check it out. :)

    Much appreciated!

A - other than the unicron hands, I see no other parts from other figures on the arms. Torso also doesnt look like it has anything from other figures. Joints are probably custom. thighs look like they may be scratchbuilt.
B - uses Mp Optimus thighs, crotch, and hands. Tantrum has Energon Barricade upper legs.

    Thanks for the info. :)

Does anyone know the differences between the original Predaking, reissues, and the various full-size KOs? I've heard 'full plastic' referenced about the original, which makes me think the reissues had some diecast parts?

I'd want to buy the best parts suited for a custom prodject, as this will likely be the one and only Predaking I make, or own. :)

I couldn't tell you the originals, but i know the Takara giftset reissue in 2006 (07? 08? The big purple box) has diecast parts in it.

What sort of parts? Pins/joints, or whole chunks of metal like MP Optimus?

I ask, only because if I'm going to customize my own Predaking, I need to be able to cut through the figures. :)
