Everyone should be the same, except for:

Ironhide- He will either die or get a new altmode because of GMC discontinuing the Topkick. If he does get a new altmode, make it a red (with a yellow strip along the side) GMC Acadia.
Ratchet- Because of ROTF, he has had less screentime, and is more likly to get killed of.
Starscream- Because of the military stoping prodution on the F-22, he will likly die. After all, he is famous for dieing. (See G1 or Animated)

New characters:
Wheeljack=White Chevy Impala with green and red bolts on front- He would be an inventor and sort of like a tutor for Skids and Mudflap. He would retain his G1 "New-yorker" accent.
Lazerbeak=Condor-One of many minions of Soundwave. He is sort of like the minions's leader when Soundwave is not around. He is incharge of the other minions infiltration of the military.
Other minions include:Waspinator=Nintendo DSi=Wasp (Great Idea ), Rumble=2 Stereo's (Band stereos), Rattletrap=iPhone=Mouse, and Ratbat=Laptop=Bat.

 

I think your number are off by just a few aircraft.

The plan was for a fleet of 243 aircraft, but with cut backs and the chance that future planes will not be purchased that will put the fleet at 187 aircraft if the budget is not passed for more F-22s.

With the F-35 going into service with the Air Force, Navy, and Marines it's looking at a fleet of around 2,443 aircraft.

While the F-22 is a very capable aircraft the image of the aircraft is starting to change. From the super sexy can't touch this to an overly expensive relic of the Cold War mentality. A bit like how Hummer went from hot vehicle to can't give one away. Thus I'm a bit shocked that the military advisers haven't been pushing Bay toward the military's new darling the F-35 and away from the we don't want to talk about what it cost F-22.

 

I would say IBC but given that this thread is five days old, it would be meaningless.  

Oh, and the vast majority of your list is "MEH to NO". They need to streamline the number of bots so the audience can get to know them, not throw in more just for the sake of having more.

In fact clone every Decepticon warrior in the last two films, including Brawl, and this will allow us an army of Devastators and Bruticuses. In fact, have a hilarious scene where Starscream protests to Megatron about being cloned but is shoved into the machine and then has to greet Skywarp, Thundercracker and Ramjet.

I don't think that Hound and Wheeljack chouldn't not in the movie doing by GM.

 

Why so GEEWUN? Even if we do get these characters they will be nothing like their G1 counterparts. Heck for all we know Rodimus could be like a Nisan Pathfinder or something ridiculous like that. And as for Starscream they will probably make him an F-35a.
