Just get one with Megatron as a proper big bad off the ground before we get nuts and balls off the wall again.

I would actually love that idea for the villain of a "Bumblebee 2" movie - Blitzwing is rebuilt with parts from Shatter and Dropkick, including their personality components, and this results in a triple-changing Blitzwing with Shatter's cunning intellect and Dropkick's hot-tempered brutality being the base for Blitzwing's "icy" and "hothead" personalities. With both of these personas pulling his own in different directions, what's left of Blitzwing's own mentality could be twisted into the "random" personality. His robot design would retain elements of the Bumblebee movie Seekers, but with Animated style tread legs and a wall-mounted tank turret.

In terms of the next big Transformers movie? Just set it during the present day, with the Decepticons initiating an all-out invasion of Earth. Introduce Megatron in this film and show the dynamic between him and Optimus, and him and Starscream. Have the Decepticons cause destruction, with the Autobots rising to defeat them. Don't kill off too many Decepticons, and show the Autobots as willing to take prisoners. Don't kill off any of the "big four" Decepticons right away either. Megatron could be captured and leave Starscream or Shockwave to serve as the main antagonist in the sequel. I think the next big Transformers movie just needs to give us a solid story with a big fight between the most iconic villains in Transformers lore and the Autobot team established in Bumblebee: The Movie. I'm torn between having the Autobots work alongside new human protagonists every film, or just having Spike, Carly, and Sparkplug as recurring characters in the big Transformers films while introducing a different human lead in each spin off film that merits having one. The important thing is that the Autobots and Decepticons are given sufficient time to be established as characters with their own personalities, arcs, and relationships.

With the Snake Eyes and Micronauts filmsn on the way, I'd like to see a proper crossover of all three. After all, if Bumblebee really is the "start of a new storytelling universe" as many people claimed it to be, then let it be so.

I'm thinking they should get the hang of making good movies first, before going 'big'.

It's probably been said, but really the Transformers movie I want to see most is the "Rise of Megatron." The pits of Kaon, all that stuff. Optimus' origin would be nice too, but made afterward to match/contrast the Megatron movie experience.

    BEEST WARS

No, I'm being serious. A Beast Wars live-action film set in the Beeverse could be pretty good. I mean, who wouldn't want to see Beast Wars Megatron be an epic boss on the big screen?
