I want to make a sprite comic, if you never have seen one, here is an example:

Anyway, my idea so far is two oldschool game characters, live together, and its what their life is together. I know, it sounds like a mediocor, average, kinda dull, but worth a shot idea, but i want to put a twist on it, so, who here would like to give some ideas, pointers, suggestions, and some idea as to who the game characters should be.

Please, only oldschool characters, no halo, gears of war, god of war, etc stuff, i want good ol' pixel love characters.

So, thank you and please, pointers?

Wait a minute, this ISNT about sprite? Thats what I got form the OP.

 

a sprite is a pixeled image of a character, (or something else) that is only one frame of their movement, like there are about 10 frames to make sonic the hedgehog run once, each frame has one of him that is changed slightly and that is a sprite.

You'd have more luck posting this in the fan art forum cause GD is where the big boys like to play. I must be feeling really old, cause some of these threads recently just make me shake my head.

 

You could use Pit from Kid Icarus and someone else... like Yoshi or Toad or something.

Maybe you should make a sprite comic about a sprightly young can of Sprite who lives with sprites that are afraid of sprites.

 

It just seems like a weird subject, or limiting rather. I know there are comics with those guys who are Milk and Cheese, but those seem to not have a lot of traction and are pretty simple and not very regular. What's funny about soda though, maybe I just don't get it?

Anyway, My sugestion would be to add maybe Sonic...but, you look like you already have that in mind...how about a Pokemon game sprite?
