    That takes place between issue #80 of the marvel series and Generation 2 explaining what happened to ratchet,shockwave,the autobots still left aboard the ark,the megatron/ratchet link and how megatron fixed that,how grimlock got a new transformable body and what happened to the effects of nucleon on the other transformers,and the race of creatures that primus created before the transformers.

    Ratchet and Shockwave died when the Ark crashed, didn't they? I mean, death was a little hard to define in the Marvel comics and I suppose they could be repaired like Megatron and Starscream were but for all intents and purposes they were dead.
