This tale starts with sad things - last year my father died at 54 and I've got his car as inheritance. It's old but sufficiently solid car (Skoda Felicia made by VolksWagen), I and mom tried to sell it but russians rarely buy cars in winter and in spring I've decided to study in driving school. After three awful month when I really was in war with my instructor (yeah russian all mens say about lady driving that it's like a monkey with a grenade ) I've finally passed exams and got a driver license! Last three days I spent trying to find contact with father's(now my) car
Hey, driver don't pick the car, car pick the driver! Anyways, congratulations! Congrats to you as well!
Congrats dude, I just got a second car. My parents retired their old 1998 Ford Explorer to me, I'm selling my current car a 1994 Ford Taurus to a Friend as a means of getting around so he and his wife have two cars
You have my condolences regarding your father. I'm sure he is riding with you in spirit as you roll out.
Yes I often think that he would be glad to see me as a driver. And I'm sure that it's right, that we didn't sell car, father wouldn't want it.
Sorry to hear about your Dad, I know tough it is to lose him, and congrats to graduating driving school!
My father passed away four years ago and I have his car. My mother has told me several times that I should get rid of it, but I refused everytime. It is a 98 Olds 88 and it only has 90,000 miles on it.
