    Ill lend a hand, long as you dont leave me hanging with it and yaddy yada. Almost certain it can go out in a bubble mailer airmail with delivery confirmation, which if I remember correctly, shouldnt be TO to much. That would be my only stipulation too, letting me get delivery confirmation to you.
