Fan Art: I need some help with a skin for a WM6 Smartphone.

    I am wanting to do a skin for a windows media smartphone I have and I am the worst with creating graphics! I am hoping someone thats decent with creating a custom wallpaper can help me. I can give the very basic idea what i want as well as a template.

    This is the layout I would like. The only diffrence is I would like it Autobot Themed with a rough almost concrete looking autobot logo. The start/contacts or in fact none of the text or icons need not be their and the overall diminsions must be 320x240. Thanks in advance! :)
