hello all, I am slightly new to collecting as I did have them when I was younger I just got back into it after seeing some cool tlk figures. Anyways I love to go to comic shops and such to find older figures I can’t buy in stores anymore and this can go way back I like the search so if you were to suggest 1 or a couple figures from each relevant or good lines I’d appreciate it. I will say I love the movie figures I think they are very nice plus I can’t really afford masterpiece atm, broke college student lol, but usually comic shops and retail aren’t too bad. Thanks for your suggestions!

The Last Knight Wave 3 Bumblebee. Loose leg joints aside, it's the best Movie Bumblebee figure outside of MPM-3.

It shouldn't be too hard to find online. I got mine in the Amazon exclusive 3-pack with TF1 and TF4 Bumblebee, which are also worthwhile figures, in my opinion.

If you want movie figures, I recommend picking up TLK Megatron if you haven't. He's one of the greatest praised TLK figures. DoTM Megatron is great too. If you get AoE Optimus, give that gun to Megatron(DoTM). He can actually hold onto it. I recommend Skyhammer as well. Though he didn't appear in the movie, he looks pretty cool. I think Mixmaster and Long Haul are pretty good too frpm RoTF. Any others?

Thanks! And I’ll take opinions about other lines too, animated, beast wars etc.

    Battle Blades Bumblebee>>>>>>>>TLK Bumblebee.
The new one is a hot mess. Had it a day before returning it.

For good movie figures, TLK Nitro is amazing. Easily my favorite movie figure of all time.
AoE Evasion Optimus, RotF Long Haul, RotF Barricade, DotM Shockwave, DotM Skyhammer, HftD Sidearm Sideswipe, HftD Lockdown...
    All great figures.

Ahh ok. Well, I think Energon Scorponok and Inferno are pretty good figures from that line. I liked their designs and their toys aren't that bad. Energon Megatron, Omega Supreme, and Optimus, imo, are pretty good too. When getting Energon Optimus, however, do be weary of his faceplate...

The only Animated figures I remember owning were the Optimus v Megatron two pack, which weren't bad. Prowl was another figure I owned and I thought he was pretty cool and so was Jazz. I think getting Samurai Prowl would be better though. Animated Lockdown was a pretty good figure too. I don't remember much about Ratchet so I can't really say unfortunately D:

Never owned any BW figures either but I think Primal is worth getting as well as Depth Charge and Rampage.

For Generations, T30 Springer, T30 Sandstorm(if you can tolerate his backpack), T30 Armada Starscream, T30 Rattrap, T30 Rhinox(Has knee issues so beware), Generations Drift, Generations DLX Sky Shadow, Generations Skullgrin and Darkmount. RTS Jazz is really good too!

Sorry...you're not likely to find any opinions here on TFW...:D

If you don't already have them, you may be able to still find TLK Nitro, Hound and Sqweeks on deep clearance at Walmart. I love those guys.

Edit: Sqweeks is probably my favorite Bay movie figure of all time.

On the topic of movie figures, there are some great scout figures such as:

    Dirt Boss
    Hubcap
    Strongarm
    Brakedown
    Oilpan

You also check out the Real Gear line that came out in 07.

Some fantastic little figures turning into things like cell phones, watches, cameras and game controllers.

If you're in the mood for a nice looking figure that's fun to mess around with, I'd recommend Combiner Wars Prowl. Honestly, I'm surprised by how much enjoyment I get out of that guy! At the very least, he's got one of the coolest weapons in all of TF history. Triple Barreled Shotgun for the win!

If you're just looking for good figures then I recommend looking into the Titans Return line. It's still on shelves and instock online and it's got everything.

You need to jump on the bandwagon and get in on the prime wars triology starting with power of the primes figures. Combiner Wars maybe a little too expensive to buy new but you can get some Titans Return figures for cheap on hasbro toyshops ebay page right now. Screenshot_2018-03-06-17-24-48.png

Combined Wars Bruticus. Easily my favorite combiner I have and you can still find most of him for decent prices. Beachcomber, Windcharger, and Rodimus from POTP are super fun. And from my favorite line, try to find Cybertron Scourge and/or Megatron. Love those. The Titans Return Decepticon Targetmasters and the Blurr mold family are great. Highly recommend RTS G2 Optimus. And finally, Animated Lockdown. Just some random figures over the years that I really like

For movie figs, TLK megs and Nitro Zeus have been been mentioned above, but TLK Optimus, Hound and Scorn are also great.
For animated I'd recommend Lockdown. he really looks cool.
Titans return, make sure to pick up Triggerhappy and Top Spin/Twin Twist.

If you can still find them, I'd suggest Titans Return Blurr, Brawn, and Seaspray. I quite like them, although they're on their way out with some stores putting them on clearance from what I've seen.

I actually have a couple of those! They were on the shelves when I started, got hot rod, trigger happy, hardhead, the wolf one forgot his name but don’t think I got any others no voyagers or leader. Oh got Seaspray and cosmos too cause they’re awesome. Voyagers didn’t seem too great being all triple changers. Didn’t actually see any leaders.

And, like others have said, go hunting for some of the Titans Returns figures while they are still available and on sale. The Combiner Wars Stunticons and Aerialbots sets in the G2 colors can be had for decent prices as well...assuming you like neon TFs...
