So, I am at university right now. At the Commons area out of the blue a girl comes up to me and asked what my major was, what my name was, how old I was, if I wanted to meet on Saturday and what my phone number was (she gave me her age, name and number, and we did not talk about much else at all). Basically, I am looking for a reason not to get involved with her, does anybody have experience with this kind of situation?

Not getting into anything about why you want nothing to do with a chick who is basically throwing herself at you - just don't call her maybe?

lol I love how everyone just assumes the worst. my wife hit on me first, sometimes it just happens that way.

give her the usual 3 day waiting period and give her a ring. the worst that can happen is you waste a few bucks on coffee. which really isn't a waste these days with all the good coffee joints. at least you will get a good coffee out of it, if nothing else.

Mine didn't end well.

I worked security detail during Dragonboat festival that summer. one day I come home and I got a call from this girl I never met. I asked her why and just told me she just had to meet me after seeing me at the festival all day.

I asked around and especially the head of the festival since I only gave my 411 there. turns out someone did give my 411 there or at least she got access to it. I asked around some more and it turns out my roommate is dating her friend.

He described her and she sounded okay but I was more curious to why she would do such a thing. An hour after the blind date, I came home fuming mad. All she talked about was how she was the biggest Dwayne Johnson fan and had a room full of posters and toys of him and she just had to meet me cause apparently I remind her of him. roommate knew how crazy she was. just imagine a room full of toys and posters and she wanted to show it to me. Felt more like she wanted to keep me in there as part of her collection.

Ever since whenever someone comments something similar, I just tell them no, he looks like me.

 

Shit, I wish girls would take the initiative a little more often. I'm with someone now, but back in the day it would've helped. I'm dense and can never realize when someone is into me until it's too late to do anything about it.
