I find it super refreshing to have the autobots and decepticons work together. My favorite episodes in TFP were the ones where Megatron and Optimus fight together to defeat Unicron. I feel like even though TFs has a history of being a series of civil war, there can be a series that shows how they put aside their differences and like that even though they are on different sides of the war everyone is still a Cybertronian/Transformer. I feel like it also shows that being a decepticon doesn't suddenly make you someone who is inherently evil.

Honestly, this may be my favourite series for a long time, specifically episode five onwards, it's very Eugenesis if done for a kids TV show
Not gonna bother spoiler tagging this because it's in the title, but yeah, I'm very impressed for the most part. The first few episodes were largely forgettable, mostly just putting a bow for season 2, but the 13 episode Quintesson arc was really interesting and well done.

Yes, I already liked the show fine, but this season really made it raise up from "fun" to "EXTREMELY fun, easily one of my fav TF media"
Yes! Season 1 was only ok, but my daughter was really into it. Season 2 raised the bar, Season 3 was AMAZING!
I’ll have to check this out. I’ve so far thought Cyberverse was only “ok.” Sounds like the quality went way up.
I swear with season 3, Cyberverse is telling most other TF shows, "hey guys, hold my beer." It's not that it's perfect and sure the voices take a little to get used to. But it's at least telling a new story in a genre that is constantly repeating the same narrative with every show.
Caught up to episode 20. Definitely in my top 5 transformers shows of all time. I really love not knowing where things are going for once.

I most eagerly await the new episodes to release, S3 has been my favourite season so far and I'm loving the character of Thunderhowl
So I’ve seen up to episode 6 of season 3. It’s all they have up on Xfinity right now. The war for Cybertron stuff was par for the course & didn’t really impress me. It was again “ok”. Not bad, not awesome, but ok. I love when Prowl gets shot & everyone (even Nebula) is like “PROWL?!?” Why does she even care? “PROWL, NOOOOOO!!!” I didn’t know Prime was that tight with Prowl. I honestly don’t remember him doing anything in this show. Like... I’m sure he’s been in some episodes... in the background or making a comment here & there? I really don’t remember him doing anything, so their reaction made me bust up laughing. Anyway, the giant battle was just more of the same. I didn’t see the big jump in quality I was hoping for. But! I’m loving the Quintesson stuff. Definitely has a Matrix vibe going on with everyone being hooked up into a virtual reality & they have to free everyone. And the flying octopus things are like a mix of those machines in The Matrix & the Quints. It’s cool so far & I love that we’re getting some quality time with Clobber & Hot Rod. They really need to invent some new locales on Cybertron. I swear, for being this tiny hole in the wall bar, every last person on the planet has been to MacAdam’s. In fact, it almost seems like that’s the only place anyone goes! They need more places to hangout. Anyway, it’s shaping up. Looking forward to seeing the rest.
Wait- is Starscream dead? He was a prisoner onboard the Ark & then the Ark was destroyed & we haven’t seen him since. Or did I miss something?
They had bonded over guns during the brief truce in Season 2. He escaped late in the season and hitched a ride with Croaton.
I remember the truce episode but not that moment. Might have to check it again. I do remember Wheeljack & Shockwave being funny together. Don’t remember Starscream escaping at all though. Huh. Might have to find that ep.
