They were doing a spot on the Bugatti Veyron. It is obvoiusly the car they based him on.

I thought Crosswise was based off the car from the movie "The Wraith". He does look alot like this car too though.

That car is beautiful, but man I flipping hate Crosswise. He looks and feels like a Playskool Gobot and the color scheme is entirely uninspired. I think he's the biggest (and really ONLY) crapper from the GF/Cybertron line, but from the looks of it I am definitely in the minority there.

Looks a lot alike to me.

From above, you think Crosswise looks like a Dodge M4S? Not!!
http://www.thewraithcar.com/ Crosswise looks nothing like the car from the Wraith.

Awsome car. The colours remind me of ML Rampage wha with the blue stripes.

the veyron never turned me on in the looks department. there are far prettier 'built for speed' cars out there imo, but don't get the impression i'd kick it out of my driveway.

now crosswise is awesome of course because i'm hot for any car-based TF.

There are some similarities barring the grille in front. Crosswise isn't as long or sleek, but having not seen the movie in almost ten years, yeah Crosswise did. :p  His head even looks a little like Charlie Sheen. ;)

Thanks for the link though. I just wish I still had my VHS tape with the Wraith on it. *sighs* Loved that movie as a kid.

strange, i'm surprised that info didn't come sooner. i had known about the veyron long before cybertron and thoroughly salivated over it's W16 engine that could get the car to almost 300 mph... hell yeah.

you could say that about quite a few of the cyb deluxe cars. that's why deluxes are my favorites. and the cyb deluxes have turned out to be the best deluxe lineup ever imo.

Holy crap, someone else has seen that justifiably obscure Charlie Sheen movie?

Yes, yes you are. Other than the round-ish vehicle modes (which is realistic in Crosswise's case), I have no idea how you could draw such comparisons between the two.

Well, big chunky parts, a transformation scheme better suited to a basic class, and general lack of paint and mold detail. Sure, it's a stretch to draw the Go-Bot comparison, but I've never the fandom so receptive to such a bland mold/paint/tf scheme. As always, to each their own, I suppose. :)

Looks similar. But the car itself is absolutely stunning.
