This. And I hate myself for it. I wouldn't mind getting the Deluxe sized Unicron, but that ones expensive too, lol.

I almost had that same psychotic break but I stopped myself. But I've had other, smaller, psychotic breaks, and I'm like, "why didn't I just pay a little more and buy all the henkei seekers?" I say congrats on the mental breakdown. wish i had them.

See, I just finished painting a RamDirge, and I have an extra Ramjet and the G1 Thust parts to make a custom Classic Thrust. I plan on posting a new thread soon (my first), in the Radicons section of the custom Dirge I did, BTW. I've been researching the different ways to make a Thrust, and I'm doing him second, as He seems to be the tougher custom to do. The Dirge is easy and I think he came out OK. If I did another he'd come out better. But overall, I'm fine with it.

So, that's why I would like to have them, but considering how good the customs can come out, I'm just gonna make em for less. (and its cool)

 

Having all the seekers is a Great Feeling. Hence my Sig. Once I obtained them all I had a sig designed.

 

I had a similar break and got the Botcon version of Thundercracker, while the Henkei Coneheads I hope to go for sometime this summer.....would've gotten them last week but Mothers Day was nearing so I got my Mom a gift and went with Henkei Red Alert

 

I just have HASBRO's SS, SW, and Ramjet.  

 

Now you can rest easy. What collection would be complete without all the G1 appearing jets. If you had the money and this makes you happy then it was well spent. Considering some other hobbies (like cars) Transformers is not that expensive, at least that's what I tell my wife.

I am waiting. I just can't believe that a mass release of all seekers will not happen at some time. I mean it has been 25 years and seekers are still being made. Sooner or later if the franchise continues we WILL see all the seekers in a good mass release. It may not be this mold but I am willing to gamble that it will be the same or better.

 

Just splurged and got Henkei Thrust, Dirge, & Thundercracker a few weeks ago as I already had the Classics version of the other 3. Also finished off my G1 seekers along with a set of WST Seekers... I feel your pain, but it hurts so good!

I love seekers, but for the price of a complete set, I could have a MISB Star Saber.

We all have our weaknesses, though. Mine is vintage Takara and Masterpieces...my wallet be damned.

 

I wish they would encore star saber and victory leo. That would be sweet.

 

No it wouldn't! I just paid $340 for my MIB Victory Leo only two months ago, damnit!  

 

Nope, never bought a seeker damn Hasbro & Takara exclusives!!!!!

 

They would look really great sitting there together, but I am missing too many things to spend that money on repaints/retools

it is good that i can not justify (can afford but can not justify) buying the four henkei exclusives for it made me start learning custom painting and modding, which i believe is the best way to own a figure. I mean how much more exclusive can a repaint be when you're the only one who has it. only you!

i was so close to ordering the 4 henkei seekers last week...but i managed to resist...... i just can't justify spending that amount of money on TC and SW when both seem to have QC issues.... i will probably buy a MP SW instead...

 

After I ordered the three Henkei Coneheads, I realized how expensive the figures were.

 

This is what I spent for mine: Starscream: $10 Skywarp $25 Acid Storm $10 Henkei Thundercracker $65 Henkei Thrust & Dirge $130 Ghost Starscream $87 I expect to pay $15-25 for the Ramjet, so ugh. Expensive, but awesome.
