Any Daredevil by Frank Miller, the best being born again. Kevin Smith's Gardian Devil was pretty good too.

Shadowland is shaping up to be pretty interesting to say the least. But I agree, any Frank Miller Daredevil is the way to go.

And while it's not strictly a Daredevil tale, Matt Murdock's role in Powerless has to be read.

Thanks guys! I picked up Volume 1 of Frank Miller & Klaus Janson's run from the library the other day but haven't started reading it. Going to put in requests for some of these other suggestions...

Shadow land is a stunt, they will get rid of daredevil, readership will drop, then they'll bring him back. Heck even Newsarama who are marvel kiss asses ......reviews of it are bad. This is the exact same thing they've done with Doctor Strange, Black Panther and Captain America, and the only one it worked for was Cap. It's been done before and we all see it coming.

I have heard nothing good of Shadowland. They make DD kingpin, didn' tthey do that 5 years ago? Yea, they did.

The first arc of Brubaker on DD was good as well, can't remember the name though, And the Bendis run was solid.
