The stupid thing just won't stay shut in car mode no matter what I do. I can't find the trick to get it to stay closed. I know it's out there but have no idea where. Any help would be appreciated.

Yeeeaah.... that sucks. I had the same problem for awhile.

If you look at the underside you can see a little piece that slides up and down and is suppose to hold it in place. The tab is woefully too small.

I took him apart into a zillion pieces and still had trouble. I wasn't sure where to shave down plastic to make it work right.

Is it the hood your talking about ??

If it is then did you press the button when you transformed it to Robot Mode or did you just pull it down. If you pulled it down then bad luck

Mine won't close unless his head is turned around, and every single panel on the torso is lined up when you fold it.
